Bailey Manufacturing was founded by Mr. E.L. Bailey in 1948 and operated under his direction until his death in 1979. The business and its assets were then purchased by the Megatech Corporation.

 

Since 1995, Bailey Manufacturing Company has been under the management of Mr. John Hines, showing a growth in sales each year. In 2002, Mr. Hines purchased the majority of Bailey Manufacturing Company from the Megatech Corporation.  This acquisition changed the company name to Bailey Manufacturing Company, LLC. and consequently enabled the company to become a New York State Certified Minority Business.

 

Bailey Manufacturing Company has been supplying product to the automotive industry for over 55 years and has established itself as a competitive, reliable, and quality-conscious organization. This has been illustrated by our company-wide zero PPM for three years.  This figure is based on annual shipments of fifteen million parts to our current customers.
